I found the location quite central. I could reach many sights easily. the staff were lovely. the hotel was super clean. I felt very comfortable there.
the air conditioning did not work. the room became uncomfortably warm at night. this was a disappointment.

The personnel at reception were excellent! they provided quick assistance and clear directions to local attractions. They also handled requests efficiently. overall, i received great support from everyone.

i was surprised by a surcharge UPON arrival. i thought i had booked a room, but the price was per person? i feel like i was being ripped off. there was also no coffee machine in the room, or hot water. i expected free coffee in the morning. ALSO, i asked for a room on the highest floor but got a room on the second floor facing A wall
